We welcome our littlest learners starting at age 4 into a cozy, nurturing environment where they can truly bloom. During our 3-hour daily sessions, your child will enjoy a beautiful balance of curious play and gentle structure, helping them feel confident and loved as they begin their educational journey.
Beginning at age 5, we walk alongside your family through your child’s entire academic journey. Our regular program day runs from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with optional classes beginning after 2:30 PM when scheduled, creating a warm space for deep learning, friendship, and discovery that respects every child’s unique developmental stage.
Hours of Operation
Kingdom Disciples Learning Community operates during the regular school week with a structured daily rhythm of prayer, academics, hands-on learning, movement, creativity, and fellowship.
Regular Program Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM.  Optional classes start at 2:30 pm. Afterschool Care: Available until 5:00 PM by prior arrangement. Drop-off and pickup details are provided to enrolled families. Program hours, special events, holidays, and seasonal schedules may vary and will be communicated in advance.

Late Pickup Fee: $1 per minute after 5:30 pm

Annual Registration, Curriculum & Materials Fee

This annual fee covers registration, curriculum planning, student books, workbooks, printed materials, classroom supplies, art supplies, science materials, hands-on learning materials, sports supplies, and other consumable materials used throughout the year. The application and student evaluation fee is billed separately per family.
For families with multiple children, we continue to support our community with adjusted rates for siblings. Please note that certain special electives, such as the Romanian language program, remain billed separately to allow for individual family choice and flexibility.

Sibling Discount
Kingdom Disciples Learning Community offers sibling discounts on selected fees to support families enrolling more than one child while maintaining the staffing, small-group ratios, and quality of the learning environment.
Monthly Tuition
Sibling discounts do not apply to monthly tuition as it covers vital daily operations and staffing.

Payment Schedule & Methods
Most families pay tuition monthly from September through May.
Registration Fee
The $50 application and student evaluation fee is due with the application. The annual registration, curriculum, and materials fee is due after acceptance to secure the child’s place in our learning community. Payment can be made via Zelle/ StepUp transfer or personal check.
Monthly Tuition
Standard tuition is billed monthly from September through June, with payments due on the 1st. However, we offer flexibility for families using Step Up scholarships; you may choose to pay on a quarterly basis as those specific funds become available.
Annual Fees
Materials and elective fees are due by August 15th. These cover curriculum, classroom supplies, and specialized workshop resources. Invoices are sent electronically via our parent portal.

Kingdom Disciples Learning Community offers selected sibling discounts for annual registration/materials, afterschool care, and Romanian Heritage. Sibling discounts do not apply to monthly tuition unless separately approved in writing.
