Bible Study

At Kingdom Disciples, our curriculum is rooted in a biblical worldview where students encounter the living Word through daily Scripture reading, discussion, and memorization. We gather for chapel, prayer, and worship, lifting our voices with Christian songs and hymns that foster a heart of gratitude and praise. Through Bible narration, devotional readings, and deep reflection—including Bible-based writing prompts and essay writing for older students—we emphasize character formation centered on respect, obedience, kindness, and service. Whether practicing Scripture copywork or discussing quiet Bible passages, our children learn that all wisdom and action belong under the Lordship of Christ.

Mathematics

Our approach to Mathematics uncovers mathematical beauty by bridging conceptual understanding with mental reasoning and disciplined practice for mastery. Students begin with Montessori-inspired hands-on materials like place-value beads, counters, rods, and fraction materials, moving gracefully from concrete exploration to pictorial representation and abstract reasoning in their math notebooks. Drawing from Singapore Math, Kumon drills, and Beast Academy, children build a strong arithmetic foundation through mental math, word problems, and logical discussion, fostering confidence, accuracy, and perseverance. This classical order guides every student to solve problems with logic and fluency, ensuring that each lesson is both deep and engaging for growing minds.

Fine Arts & Practical Arts

As a vital part of our main learning framework, Fine Arts and Practical Arts cultivate creativity, patience, and the completion of meaningful work through Charlotte Mason-inspired artist study and Montessori-based fine motor development. Students engage in careful observation and imitation while exploring drawing, sketching, and graphic arts on paper—mastering line, shading, and symmetry—alongside decorative lettering and seasonal nature-inspired projects. Through hands-on craftsmanship like pottery, clay building, and painting, children develop practical skills and a love for beauty while honoring the order and design found in the world around them.

Circuits, Computers & Technology Foundations

This STEM subject offers a wonder-filled introduction to the order and design of God’s world through the lens of electronics and logic. Children begin with hands-on exploration using simple circuit kits and Snap Circuits, where they discover how batteries, wires, switches, and bulbs come together to create light and sound with buzzers and motors. As they follow safety rules for electricity and learn to read basic diagrams, they identify conductors and insulators while watching demonstrations of series and parallel circuits. This practical engineering helps them see that technology is a purposeful tool created through careful reasoning and stewardship. Our journey continues as we peer inside the computer to explore physical parts. Using the input-processing-storage-output model, students learn how ports connect these tools and even explore basic binary concepts and logic games through engaging, unplugged computer science activities.
