Child Safety

Quality Over Quantity

Provide clear photographs (at least 2000px wide) so they appear sharp on every screen. Avoid using heavy artistic filters; we want to highlight the authentic spirit of our educational and spiritual journey.

Strict File Labels

Follow this pattern: [YYYY-MM]_[Subject]_[Sequence]. Sample: 2024-03_ClassTime_01.png. This protocol ensures that our library remains searchable and functional throughout the academic calendar year.

Cleanup Schedules

Twice a year, audit the public-facing gallery. Transfer historic shots to the secure master drive to ensure parents only see the most relevant snapshots of current student activities.
