Enrollment Steps
Follow these steps to complete the enrollment process.
1
Review Our Mission and Learning Framework
Before applying, families should review our mission, four pillars, Kingdom Formation Learning Framework™, daily rhythm, tuition information, and admission expectations.
2
Submit the Enrollment Application
Parents complete the enrollment application with student information, family information, educational background, medical notes, previous school/program history, and program interest.
3
Submit a Parent Spiritual Statement
At least one parent or legal guardian must submit a written statement describing his or her spiritual walk with Christ and explaining why the family desires a faith-based Christian learning environment for the child.
4
Provide Two References
Families must provide two reference contacts: One pastoral reference email and one teacher or educational reference email. References may be contacted before final admission.
5
Provide Previous School or Program Information
If the child previously attended a school, co-op, learning center, homeschool program, or educational group, parents may be asked to provide academic records, evaluations, progress reports, teacher comments, or behavior records.
6
Family Interview
The family may be invited to an interview with leadership. The purpose of the interview is to understand the family’s goals, the child’s needs, and whether the community is a good fit.
7
Student Evaluation or Observation
Each child may complete an evaluation, observation period, or trial day. This helps leadership understand academic level, attention span, maturity, behavior, social readiness, and placement.
8
Admission Decision
After reviewing the application, parent statement, references, records, interview, and evaluation, leadership will notify the family whether the child is accepted, conditionally accepted, waitlisted, or not accepted at this time.
